The beyCoo Plugin for SharePoint (beyCoo4SharePoint) automatically enriches files, SharePoint lists and Site Pages with metadata. For this purpose beyCoo is using the Named Entity Extraction and the Relevant Term Finder. Enriched content can be easily found and used within the SharePoint Servers. You can use beyCoo`s standardized metadata immediately or you can soon define your own metadata. The defined metadata will be extracted from your documents individually.
beyCoo automates the tagging after importing or generating documents and is the basis for:
- easy location and display of content due to standardized metadata
- intelligent content routing based on metadata
- using enhanced search functions in the SharePoint Search
